An independent school is looking for a dedicated substitute teacher to support Early Childhood education. Da Vinci Waldorf School is an independent, private school established in 1998 serving over 100 students and their community. We offer a complete curriculum from Pre-K to Grade Eight. Our educational experience includes foreign language, farming and gardening, handwork, practical arts, instrumental and choral music, movement, and student support programs.
Substitute teachers work on a flexible schedule and may be notified morning of the school day or evening prior.
In Early Childhood, the substitute teacher would follow the lead of the main teacher for that day.
Ideal candidates for the substitute teaching position will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Compensation: Substitute teachers are part-time, hourly employees, paid between $18-$35/hour or daily rate based on program serving.
