Job summary

Pinnaclesprep in Wenatchee, Washington is looking for a dedicated Substitute Teacher to support our mission in providing quality education. Responsibilities include daily instruction based on lesson plans and upholding school policies.

The ideal candidate will need a Bachelor's Degree and a WA State Teaching Certificate, along with a passion for connecting with students. Compensation is $100 for a half day and $200 for a full day.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and valid teaching certificate.
• Ability to obtain WA State Sub Certification through OSPI.
• Cleared fingerprints from Washington State Patrol and FBI.

SUBSTITUTETEACHER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Instruction of students – follow lesson plan outlined by faculty and leave appropriate notes.
• Embody mission and vision of school.
• Teach, re‑teach and enforce school‑wide systems, routines, and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• WA State Sub Certification or the ability to get emergency certification through OSPI.
• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
• Cleared fingerprints from Washington State Patrol and the FBI on file with OSPI. To make a fingerprint appointment call the ESD at 665‑2610. There is a $88.25 charge.
