Job summary

ElevatEd is seeking a warm substitute teacher for a preschool classroom serving ages 2–5. The role supports a pair of full-time teachers and offers a flexible, part-time schedule with same-day morning call-outs and advance fill-ins.

You will help with play, activities, transitions, meals, outdoor time, and daily routines in a nurturing setting. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, thrives in a team, and brings a positive, collaborative attitude to a welcoming preschool

Qualifications

• Experience with preschool-aged children is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including same-day morning call-outs and advance fill-ins.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routine including play, activities, transitions, meals and outdoor time.
• Assist with caring for children and helping the classroom run smoothly as part of a two-teacher team.

Substitute Teacher

We are looking for a warm, flexible, and dependable substitute teacher who enjoys working with young children ages 2–5. This is an ideal position for someone who appreciates a flexible schedule and is available for both same-day morning call-outs and fill-in opportunities scheduled in advance.

The substitute teacher will join a classroom team of up to two full-time teachers and help support the daily classroom routine, including play, activities, transitions, meals, outdoor time, and caring for the children. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, collaborative, responsive, and comfortable jumping into a preschool environment with a positive attitude.
