Job summary

Enrichment Services Program Incorporated in Phenix City, AL seeks a dedicated Substitute Teacher for the Early Head Start program. You will assume full classroom responsibilities in the teacher's absence, implement daily plans, and support regular staff.

You will recruit volunteers, maintain clean facilities, advocate for families and children, attend trainings, and perform other duties as assigned, including behavior management and learning center organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• CDA certificate or AA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting is required or preferred.
