Job summary

The Sweet Home Central School District is seeking a dedicated Substitute Teacher to support our diverse learning community for the 2025-26 school year. You will contribute to maintaining a positive classroom environment across all grade levels.

NYSED teaching certification is preferred but not required. Candidates with a four-year degree or who are enrolled in a NYS-certified program will be considered for daily compensation of $140–$150 per day.

The Sweet Home CSD is looking for substitute teachers for all levels for the 2025-26 school year.

Compensation

• Possess a valid teaching certificate: $150/day
• Possess a 4-year degree or is enrolled in a 4-year program leading to a NYS teaching certificate: $140/day
