PURPOSE:
This intermittent position provides direct support for identified special education students as determined by each pupils Individual Education Program (JEP). This is paraprofessional support work in either assisting teachers with routine matters such as classroom preparation, playground, and cafeteria! supervision, and providing assistance to students in completing supplemental work or providing direct one-to-one care as determined by each student’s IEP.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A two (2) year combination of professional education, training, and/or experience in education or related field.
