Position Overview

We are seeking caring, reliable, and creative individuals to join our Substitute Teacher Pool. Substitutes provide classroom support when regular staff are unavailable, helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children ages 2½–9. This flexible position is ideal for those who love working with children and want to be part of a joyful, arts-centered community without a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with 2‑9 year olds

• Dependable, patient, and adaptable
• Ability to follow established routines and collaborate with the teaching team
• Background check required prior to hire.
• Available morning of. Will call between 6:30 and 7:00 AM

Schedule & Compensation

• On-call, as‑needed basis (typically weekdays, between 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
• Hourly pay, based on experience
