Job summary

Duxbury Public Schools is seeking on-call daily substitute school nurses to support student health services across the district. You will coordinate health programs in line with district policies and applicable regulations, and provide care as needed in individual schools.

Applicants must hold Massachusetts nursing licensure and be authorized to work in the United States; a Master’s degree and teaching license are preferred, with prior school nursing experience advantageous.

Duxbury Public Schools is seeking on-call daily substitute school nurses. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the assigned school’s health services program based on requirements established by school district policies, procedures, and protocols, and by local, state, and national regulations and statutes.

Position Requirements:

• Appropriate Massachusetts Nurse Licensure
• Current authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Massachusetts Teaching License -School NurseTwo years of experience in pediatric or community health
• Previous school nursing experience
