Position Summary : The purpose of this position is to perform professional nursing duties to advance the well-being, safety and academic success of students of the Waltham Public Schools. The School Nurse performs nursing services in schools to prevent the spread of illness and disease.

Supervision Given and Received:
Works under the general direction of the Superintendent of Schools and the direct supervision of the building Principal and the Director of Nurses.
