Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc. in Farmington, CT seeks a Substitute Preschool Assistant Teacher for our Christ-centered preschool ministry. You will help create a nurturing, safe classroom where young children grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

You will support the Lead Teacher, foster inclusive, God-honoring learning, and collaborate with families while modeling Christian values in daily activities. Training, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or preschool setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or training is preferred.
• Ability to integrate Christian values into daily classroom activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Willingness to attend training sessions and ongoing professional development.
