Little Lambs Christian Academy in Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to guide our classroom of young learners. This role involves planning and leading daily instruction, assessing developmental progress, and creating a Christ-centered environment that meets individual and group needs.

The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education and a heart for nurturing children academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to manage a classroom with patience, structure, and grace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with close adherence to all policies.
• Strong problem-solving, mediation, and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in early childhood education is required.
• DCF 40-hour training is required.
• Willingness to support and model Christian values in the classroom.
• Able to pass a level II background check
