SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the building Principal, on short notice to be called on to provide support to the District by substituting for staff in a paraprofessional position. To work effectively with instructional teachers fulfilling daily tasks and routines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Duties would include clerical tasks and providing support for teachers and students.
• Acquaint self with and adhere to the policies and procedures as established by the Board of Education and Administration in written or verbal form.
• Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Maintains a professional and positive rapport with parents, co‑workers, administration, and public.
• Lunch and recess duty as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

REASONING ABILITY
