Job summary

Stonington Public Schools is seeking substitute paraeducators for the 2026-2027 school year. The hourly rate is $18.25, with elementary hours 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., middle school 7:25 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., and high school 7:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Substitutes may not work more than 29 hours per week.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, 60 college credits, or passing score on the ParaPathways Assessment, with preference for those having experience with children and basic technology skills.
