The Career Institute of Technology is seeking Substitute Nurses to support the nurses office during the school day in a substitute capacity. Candidates should hold a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Responsibilities include: conducting initial assessment of students' complaints about illnesses at school, in accordance with policy, and completing accident reports as indicated; administering first-aid to students and school personnel, according to district policy and procedures, administering routine treatment of students with chronic on-going illness as prescribed.
