Overview

Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a substitute music teacher who is comfortable with piano, voice, or guitar to teach at Bucktown Music, our location in Chicago, IL. Teachers will instruct in person.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in piano or music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $28-32/hour. Health benefits options and a 401K with employer match are available for part- and full-time employees at Ensemble after 30 days of employment.
