Job summary

A local school district is seeking a Mechanic Apprentice to assist mechanics while learning essential maintenance tasks. The apprentice will ensure that school buses are maintained in good mechanical condition, providing safe transportation for students. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and must be enrolled in or have recently graduated from a formal training program for diesel and/or gasoline-powered equipment. This position does not offer health insurance benefits or paid leave.

Job description

Pay: $20.00 per hour, 35 hours max per week.
