Job summary

NCI Affiliates in Salinas, CA is seeking a Substitute Job Coach (Part Time) to support adults with disabilities through vocational training and community-based activities. The role splits half the day in training and half in community work, with hands-on coaching in janitorial, landscaping, or retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous instructions tailored to individuals' vocational growth and training objectives.
• Assist with coordinating transportation to and from job sites for individuals served.
• Maintain open communication with the Supported Employment Supervisor and fellow Job Coaches.
• Ensure contract requirements are met, maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, including transportation logs, attendance records, and incident reports, by set deadlines.

Compensation

The anticipated hiring salary for this role is$23.50per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks.
