Hamilton Community Schools is seeking a Substitute Food Service Worker to support the district's food service program as demand requires. Reports to the Food Service Supervisor; nonexempt status; starting immediately with pay at $15.74 per hour through Edustaff.

REPORTS TO: Food Service Supervisor

FLSA STATUS:Nonexempt

PAY RATE: $15.74/hour PAID THROUGH EDUSTAFF. Must be a current employee of Edustaff or willing to become an employee of Edustaff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Washing/preparing fruit and vegetables for service.
• Preparing, and plating food for our serving lines including breakfast
• Operating a cash register including daily cash out.
• Complete clean-up of serving line and lunch tables when serving is complete.
• General help in end-of-day clean-up, including dishwashing, sweeping and mopping of floors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
