Job summary

Cleveland Public School ISD #391 in Cleveland, MN is seeking a part-time substitute cook to prepare and serve meals with supervision from the Food Service Director. The role involves following menus, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards for students across preschool to K-12.

Work is 6 hours per day on school days, roughly 7:00am to 1:00pm, with a start date of August 24, 2026. Requires a high school diploma or GED and some food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of a Cook.

• Washes pots, pans, kettles and other cooking utensils.
• Sweeps and mops, and trash duty
• Demonstrates excellent customer service to students, staff, parents, visitors and the general public.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
