Twin Rivers Unified School District in Madison, WI is seeking substitutes to provide counseling services to students on an on-call basis. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree along with a valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential and be able to manage the Counseling Services Program effectively. The position can be full-time or part-time, with competitive pay for both full and part days.
Key responsibilities include identifying and supporting students with special needs, facilitating referrals, and offering behavioral adjustment strategies. Strong communication and counseling skills are required.
Substitutes are ‘on-call’ employees serving on a day-to-day basis.

Salary: Full Day (4.0 hours or more) $300 Part Day (3.99 Hours or less) $150
Under the direction of a site administrator, provide counseling and guidance services to students; manage the Counseling Services Program; identify and counsel students with special needs and behavioral social and school adjustment problems; make referrals to other community resources, support groups, and social service agencies as appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree and prior job-related experience.
Valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential with an academic school counseling emphasis.
