• Cleaning dishes, serving areas, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
• Following food safety, temperature-monitoring, handwashing, and sanitation procedures.
• Working as part of a team to complete daily kitchen responsibilities.

Join our school kitchen team as a Substitute Cook! This is an important role in helping provide healthy, welcoming meals for our students each day. You’ll work alongside our Lead Cook and kitchen team to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, support our salad bar and snack program, and keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

  This is a hands-on, active position, and teamwork is at the heart of our kitchen. While there are many tasks to complete each day, our kitchen staff work together to make sure meals are prepared and served safely and that students have a positive experience.

  Compensation: $17.37/hr
