Job summary

Community Action Partnership of North Alabama is seeking a Classroom Partner (Substitute) to support a Head Start classroom in Decatur, AL. The role involves assisting in providing high-quality early education and promoting school readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Classroom Partner or substitute in preschool preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early education and child development.
• Communicate with parents about routines and behavior.
• Support classroom with Teacher or Center Director guidance.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
