Marion Independent School District is seeking a Substitute Associate/Paraprofessional to support licensed instructional staff in delivering program services for students, including special education students.
Under the direction of the principal, you will assist with individual and small-group instruction, implement curriculum under guidance, maintain records, support classroom management, and help with supervision across campus settings to foster a positive, safe learning environment.
JOB TITLE: Substitute Associate/Paraprofessional
REPORTS TO: Principal
PURPOSE: Provide assistance to licensed instructional or support staff in the delivery of program specific services. Serves special education students, and school educational programs under the direction of licensed teaching staff. Assists in providing educationally based academic, social emotional and behavioral programming which has been designed to meet the needs of students entitled to special education programming.
