Job summary

Adams and Associates Inc. seeks a Substitute instructor for the Career Education Center in Grafton, MA. You will provide instruction and training to students, developing individual achievement plans and academic goals to ensure progress within the program.

You will work with CTT Instructors to infuse applied academics into CTT curricula, enhancing student learning while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and student data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited school.
• Master's degree preferred.
• A valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver required.
• Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing instruction and training to students in the Career Education Center. Develops individual achievement plans and academic goals to ensure student academic achievement in the program. Works with the CTT Instructors to infuse applied academics into CTT curricula to enhance student learning and success. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
