Substitute teachers are “as‑needed” positions that are key to maintaining continuity in student learning and classroom routines during the absence of the regular teacher. By delivering prepared lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring student safety and engagement this role ensures that the school operates smoothly.
