Job summary

RES seeks a Craft – Substation Technician for T&D responsible for operating, constructing, and maintaining electrical substations and battery substations under supervision. The role involves installing conduits, steel structures, and MV/HV switches, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Required is a High School Diploma/GED and 1+ year substation experience preferred; travel 5–15% is expected. Benefits are provided and per diem is offered during rotation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, construct and maintain electrical substations and battery substations under supervision.

• Install MV/HV switches and electrical equipment and related components.
• Follow company safety, conduct and policy guidelines.
• Perform general equipment operation tasks as required.
