Black & Veatch Corporation in Houston, TX, seeks a Substation Project Manager to own the bottom line for services projects spanning HV, MV, LV, underground, and overhead transmission lines. You will lead diverse projects and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time results.

The role offers hybrid work options, 10% travel to project sites, and opportunities across distribution networks and BESS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
• Experience with high-, medium-, and low-voltage substations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes the safety culture.
• Responds to RFPs and prepares proposals for services work.
• Leads project team in conceptual design and procurement phases of substation projects.
• Manages schedule, budget, and scope of services projects.
• Interfaces between client, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure success.
• Work in both corporate and field environments.
