EVS is hiring a Project Manager - Substation in Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid/Remote). This full-time role leads planning, coordination, and delivery of substation design projects, blending technical leadership with client collaboration and robust project management.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, manage cross-disciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and proven substation project delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other drafting or project tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software such as AJERA and Monday.com.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting collaboration and professional growth.

PROJECT MANAGER - SUBSTATION

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
