Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a Substation Project Manager I for a hybrid role. The position requires coordinating multi-discipline teams and managing projects in Warrendale, PA, with onsite work two days per week.

You’ll develop schedules, monitor costs, and serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and safety considerations are met. The role offers competitive benefits and opportunities to advance within a global power solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering plus 3+ years turnkey project management experience
• Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (Primavera, MS Project)

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans with goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingencies, costs and resources.
• Coordinate site work and subcontractors (civil and erection).
• Coordinate MEPPI work (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing).
• Negotiate price, delivery and terms for major components; manage customer commitments and scope.
