Job summary

Spatial Business Systems (SBS), part of Enverus, seeks an SDS Project Delivery Manager to lead Substation implementation projects for utility, telecom, and government clients. You will drive delivery excellence, mentor PMs, and liaise between business and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Minimum 5+ years in professional services project management, with strong communication and planning skills. PMP/CAPM a bonus; Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services Project Management experience.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
• Experience in utilities or energy sectors is a plus.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium-to-large projects and cross-functional teams.
• Manage projects from planning through delivery and client handoffs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage scope, budget, and timelines.
• Support SOW creation and resource planning for assigned projects.
• Drive SDS team KPIs and governance in alignment with delivery objectives.
