This role collaborates with Project Managers, Estimating, Engineering, Vendors, and Field Operations to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and compliance with project specs; primary procurement coordinator for multiple active projects while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of procurement, project coordination, purchasing, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience within electrical utilities, substations, transmission, distribution, EPC projects, or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and solicit RFQs for substation materials and equipment.
• Coordinate technical reviews with Engineering and Project Management for material substitutions.
• Track long-lead equipment and identify schedule risks early.
• Support multiple Project Managers on active substation projects.
