Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Three years of relevant utility, substation, electrical construction, maintenance, planning, scheduling, or technical field experience if no degree is held.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule substation maintenance, construction, and capital projects to support reliability and goals.
• Coordinate work activities, staffing, equipment, materials, switching orders, contractor resources, and work package documentation.
• Assist supervision in establishing work commitment dates and expedite deliverables when practical and necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, contractors, and stakeholders to support substation projects and maintenance.
• Manage work queues and track project status to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of facility additions, modifications, retirements, and updates to mapping and asset management systems.
• Support regulatory inspection preparation, documentation, and corrective action tracking.
• Assist with project invoices, cost tracking, and contingency planning.
• Provide support for asset management, outage management, scheduling, and GIS systems.
