Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 7 years of related experience including at least 3 years at journey level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Completes and maintains all work documentation or reporting.
• Develops and maintains work relationships, regional contacts and internal networks.
• Manages staff through recruitment, training and performance management.
• Ensures maintenance work is completed to standards and regulatory compliance.
• Leads weekly team meetings and provides training as needed.
