Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC in the United States is seeking a Substation Service Sales Specialist to drive growth of the lifecycle & modernization portfolio across North America by turning installed-base insights, service history and obsolescence indicators into qualified opportunities and orders.

You will develop opportunities, shape technical and commercial solutions, manage pursuits from early development through order intake, and coordinate with assessment, engineering, bidding, operations and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Business or related field; or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
10+ years experience in service sales, project sales, account management, lifecycle services or engineered-solution sales.
Experience with high-voltage substations and modernization solutions; AIS/GIS, protection and control, transformers knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow substation lifecycle and service portfolio across North America.
Lead opportunities from early development through order intake.
Shape technical and commercial solutions with stakeholders.
Manage bid strategy, pricing, and risk for RFQs.
Maintain opportunity management in Salesforce and forecast activities.
