Job summary

ENERCON is hiring new graduates for the Power Delivery (PD) group across multiple U.S. offices, including Cleveland, OH, and several others. You will support Substation projects, learn design, analysis, and site walkdowns, and begin a career in energy infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have ABET-accredited degrees, are available to start between January 2027 and July 2027, and are eager to learn, collaborate, travel, and work outdoors on client sites. ENERCON does not provide sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
• A genuine interest to learn and grow in the Power Delivery and utilities space.
• A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams. Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
