Job summary

Enercon is hiring new graduates to join our Power Delivery group across multiple offices in the United States. You will contribute to substation, transmission, and distribution projects, supporting design, analysis, and site inspections for utilities and industrial clients.

The role emphasizes learning and development in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to grow within the PD division and work on meaningful energy projects.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET- accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Available to start on an agreed upon date between January 2027 and July 2027.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.
• Able to work as an individual contributor and in teams, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites and navigate client sites for walkdowns.
