Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking new graduates to join its Power Delivery group in a range of offices, including New Orleans. The role supports design, analysis, and inspection of power infrastructure across substations and transmission facilities.

Ideal candidates hold ABET-accredited degrees (ME, EE, CE) and are eager to learn, collaborate, and travel to client sites. The program emphasizes growth, mentorship, and hands-on project experience in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work outdoors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work well in teams and as an individual contributor.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites and navigate varied terrains.

Responsabilités

• Support Power Delivery (PD) projects including design, analysis, and inspection of power infrastructure.
• Collaborate with PD team across offices to deliver client solutions.
• Assist engineers with field walks and on-site data collection at substations and facilities.
• Travel to client sites as required to support project execution.
