Jobot is seeking a Substation Design Supervisor to lead design projects for transmission and distribution systems. You will supervise design teams, ensure technical accuracy, manage schedules, and support successful execution of substation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong substation design and electrical engineering expertise, with leadership experience in utility, EPC, or consulting environments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substations design.
• Proven project management experience.
• Knowledge of NERC standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with design and project management software.
• Willingness to relocate per relocation package.

10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Willingness to relocate as per the provided relocation package.
