Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical wiring or related substation work.
• Working knowledge of control systems and wiring practices.
• Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair control wiring and high‑voltage substation equipment.
• Interpret complex blueprints and schematics to complete control layouts and terminations.
• Cut, route, and terminate wiring using precision tools for safe installations.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, relays, and associated control panels.
• Use test equipment to verify continuity and performance.
• Inspect installed systems to identify defects, hazards, or issues.
• Train and guide less experienced technicians on safety and wiring best practices.
• Respond to emergency repair needs to restore power.
• Follow strict safety and PPE usage protocols.
