Qualifications

• 5 years Substation Construction Experience
• Knowledge of ITOA or switching and tagging qualified

Responsibilities

• Develop work packages including scope of work, hours, skills, procedures, tools, equipment and parts requirements.
• Plan for mobile equipment needs and parts availability to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with Transmission Project Management and Grid Management for resource allocation and clearances.
• Review maintenance history to identify special requirements and determine concurrent work to improve efficiencies.
• Monitor progress, report variances in hours vs estimates, and raise issues to schedulers and supervisors to optimize plans.
