Job summary

Powerserve Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Substation Crew Lead/Foreman to support greenfield substation construction projects across North Florida, with occasional travel to other parts of Florida.

The role involves leading field crews in below-grade construction, reading drawings, coordinating with project management, ensuring safety and quality, and contributing to site development from early planning through foundation completion.

Qualifications

1–4+ years of experience leading substation construction crews.
Experience supporting greenfield substation projects is preferred.
Hands-on experience with below-grade substation construction activities.
Ability to read construction drawings and layouts.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee field crews performing below-grade substation construction work.
Coordinate daily activities and maintain production schedules.
Support greenfield substation construction projects from early site development through foundation completion.
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate with project management and utility representatives.
Lead site grading and preparation, foundation excavation, drilled pier operations, concrete placement and finishing, ground grid installation, and underground conduit installation.
