The Substation Construction Foreman will supervise a crew of technicians and laborers, coordinating schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure safe, on-budget completion per plans and standards. Strong blueprint reading and CDL requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in substation construction.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing substation equipment, foundations, and structures (brownfield & greenfield).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Must pass a background check, including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a crew of substation technicians and laborers at job sites.
• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Organize and coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment for projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, contract documents, and plans.
