Forbes Bros. Group of Companies seeks a Substation Construction Foreman to supervise a crew of technicians and laborers across the southeastern United States.
You will schedule work, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget according to plans and industry standards. You will lead by example, maintain safety and quality control, mentor staff, and collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

The Substation Construction Foreman is primarily responsible for supervising and directing a crew of substation technicians, construction workers, apprentices, and laborers at job sites throughout the southeastern U.S. The Foreman will establish and adjust work schedules to support project timelines, organize and coordinate required materials, manpower, and equipment, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, customer requirements, and industry standards.
The range shown is the expected base pay range for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on role requirements, experience, qualifications, work location, applicable project/site requirements, internal equity, and any applicable collective agreement or union requirements.
This range does not include overtime, premiums, per diem / LOA, bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation unless specifically stated in the job posting.
