Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 3-5+ years' experience.
• EIT registration required.
• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years' experience in steel, concrete, and masonry design.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil scope-of-work and design basis for projects.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specs, and planning materials.
• Provide design verification reviews with third-party consultants and vendors.
• Assess constructability and future operations/maintenance considerations.
• Develop conceptual studies, designs, reports, cost estimates and schedules.
• Create and review civil maintenance solutions and standards.
• Coordinate field changes with construction teams and track progress.
• Develop and process RFPs for outside services and field walks.
• Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
