Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a BIM Technician to support the Substation engineering team with technical drafting and construction drawings under close supervision. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

The candidate should have a two-year technical degree or be enrolled in drafting programs, with strong AutoCAD and Microstation skills, and familiarity with Revit a plus. U.S. work authorization is required and flexible work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of Microstation is required.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit software a plus.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Knowledge in substation electrical protection and control and/or physical design would be beneficial.
• Good organization and communication skills to assure projects are completed on schedule.
• Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Must have permanent authorization to work permanently in US.
