Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Three (3) years of experience in the role or related field
• Experience in power automation for electrical substations
• Ability to read DC and AC schematics, and one- or three-line diagrams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation systems for medium- and high-voltage substations.
• Configure and test RTU/PLC for protection and control schemes.
• Develop IEC 61850 applications and associated software.
• Create and support control logic diagrams, network architectures, and functional design documents.
• Perform FAT and SAT and commissioning; lead technical aspects of projects.
• Act as primary customer contact for troubleshooting and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel approximately 50-70% domestically.
