Og&e is seeking a Substation Asset Management Specialist to administer Cascade and SAP asset records, maintain data governance, and support maintenance plans and reports. The role collaborates with operations, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth system integrations and timely upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cascade and SAP asset management, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into training materials and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED plus 10 years in Substation Operations or an Associate's degree plus 7 years in Substation Operations or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of asset management systems, work management processes, and utility operations support functions.
• Experience with SAP asset management concepts, Cascade workflows, and system integration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure, support, and troubleshoot Cascade and related environments used by Substation Operations.
• Manage substation asset records in Cascade and SAP, including equipment creation, updates, and retirement.
• Maintain asset data governance and plant maintenance structures, including functional locations and equipment hierarchies.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans, procedures, inspection forms, and reports in Cascade.
• Serve as the business process and system SME for Cascade applications and SAP asset management integrations.
• Coordinate system upgrades and testing with operations, IT, and vendors.
