Job summary

Churchill Hughes is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead HV substation and transmission line projects in Texas, from mobilisation to energisation.

You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety on site, and manage outages, inspections, and handover with utility partners. Must have deep experience in high‑voltage infrastructure and a proven safety record.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HV substation or transmission line construction.
• Experience as a construction manager or senior superintendent.
• Strong safety record and outage coordination experience.
• Texas based or willing to relocate.
