This role requires 5+ years of electric T&D construction experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage field activities effectively. The company offers a full-time position with 50% travel required, based in Tyler, Fort Worth, and Midland. Mentoring less-experienced team members is an essential part of this position, alongside overseeing contractor performance and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of electric T&D construction experience, with increasing responsibility aligned to experience.
• Experience across transmission and/or substation projects, including outage coordination and contractor oversight.
• Comfort with routinely shifting demands.

• Perform constructability reviews, field assessments, and design conflict resolution.
• Oversee contractor performance, safety compliance, QA/QC, and daily field reporting.
• Provide input to cost, schedule, material planning, and productivity expectations.
