Qualifications
5+ years of electric T&D construction experience, with increasing responsibility aligned to experience.
Experience across transmission and/or substation projects, including outage coordination and contractor oversight.
Comfort with routinely shifting demands.
Responsibilities
Perform constructability reviews, field assessments, and design conflict resolution.
Oversee contractor performance, safety compliance, QA/QC, and daily field reporting.
Provide input to cost, schedule, material planning, and productivity expectations.
