Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is hiring Master’s- or Doctoral‑level clinicians to provide outpatient substance use treatment, individual and group therapy, and MAT support in a diverse, trauma‑informed setting. The role supports both adolescent and adult tracks within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates may be unlicensed with supervision and a Candidate Permit or fully licensed with 2+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or psychology from APA/CACREP/CSWE-accredited programs.
• Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit within 30 days of hire and pursue licensure.
• Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience with the target populations.
• Licensed candidates: two years of clinical experience and applicable state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services including diagnostic assessments and individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Document interactions and ensure timely, accurate records and billing data.
• Support credentialing and communication with third‑party payers.
